DemKota Ranch Beef produces premium beef, drawing from family farms in the Dakotas and Minnesota, which the company describes as a paradise for growing cattle.

The Challenge
As the company grew, its three aging compressors didn’t keep up. They couldn’t do what DemKota needed, utilities general foreman Jason Klinkner said. “We didn’t have reliability on the air side. We were also getting a lot of downtime, which is very expensive—upwards of $500 per minute,” Jason said.
“So, we needed something more reliable. We needed something with some more power. And at the end of theday, I need to keep this downtime to a minimum.” And he was also looking to boost energy efficiency.
