The R.I.S.E. (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment) program from the Gary Sinise Foundation is dedicated to serving severely wounded veterans, first responders and their families by providing specially adapted smart homes, home modifications and mobility equipment designed to restore independence and improve daily life. Built around the belief that freedom and sacrifice should never be forgotten, the program helps heroes overcome the physical and emotional challenges that often follow service-related injuries by creating safer, more accessible living environments tailored to their specific needs. Beyond the homes themselves, R.I.S.E. represents dignity, stability and a renewed sense of possibility for the families who have sacrificed so much for others.
